Webinar Functionality Series Started

I just started a major new series of articles over on the Webinar Wire. Over the next few weeks I will discuss differences in feature implementation as found in various conferencing technologies. I'm not going to try to duplicate everything in this blog as well, so I'll just point you in that direction for now. My first feature discussion is about Q&A implementation. Simple and obvious?
