Cool webcast alert -- The University of Cape Coast in Ghana will show a live webcast of a total solar eclipse this Wednesday, March 29. You can link to a press release about the eclipsecast or go directly to the webcast site. It should last somewhere around three minutes, so don't be late! Unfortunately for my largely North American readership, the event is not at the most convenient time. Half an hour past midnight on Wednesday morning for folks in California or 3:30 in the morning for East Coasters. Ouch. Maybe they will record it and host the event for playback when we wake up.
