On the same day that Citrix went crazy with three press releases on a new webinar product offering, Microsoft quietly sent out some emails announcing a strategy and roadmap webinar for their new Unified Communications platform.
Microsoft will be using its Live Meeting webinar software to give the big picture and strategic view of its plans for integrating enterprise communications with email, instant messaging, voice, data, and video.
The presentation features some high ranking titles in the responsible divisions: The president of the Microsoft Business Division, the Corporate VP of the Unified Communications Group, and the Corporate VP of the RTC Product Group.
