Adobe has posted a “research note” paper prepared by Info-Tech on the biggest market share web conferencing technology vendors. They compare Adobe Acrobat Connect, Cisco WebEx, Citrix GoToMeeting, IBM Lotus Sametime Unyte Meeting, and Microsoft Live Meeting.
Info-Tech makes some generic recommendations for top choices based on categories of need, but as with any such blanket statement, what is right for the majority may not be right for you. You need to look at your own list of priorities and find the product that balances tradeoffs appropriately for your situation.
