Here’s the quick webinar tip of the day… Your title slide is for displaying while people join your conference. It’s a placeholder that tells them they are in the right place and properly connected.
The second you start talking about your content, you should move off that title slide. It’s a visual indication that goes along with your audio, letting people know that you have started.
Don’t sit on your title slide, talking about what’s coming up. Get some visual action happening as soon as possible.
(By the way, if people have been sitting there looking at your title slide for 2, 5, 10 minutes… The first thing they hear from you does NOT need to be the title of your webinar!)
