For the past 9 years, Wainhouse Research has run a survey of web conferencing end users. They study how web conferencing is being used, who is using it, what are priorities and plans for users, etc. The data gets collected, analyzed, and reported to highlight key trends and new developments in this vital business application area.
It’s data collection time again and they would like your help. If you use web conferencing in your business, please visit www.wainhouse.com/wcsurvey and answer the questions you’ll find there.
I want to prepare you ahead of time… This is not a glossy little two-question poll. You’ll want to set aside some time to move through several pages of detailed questions on your usage and plans for web conferencing in all its forms. The extra detail is a pain while taking the poll, but it provides much greater insights when the data is compiled.
To thank and reward survey respondents, you’ll be entered into a drawing for various prizes including Amazon gift certificates or an Apple iPad mini. You will also get access to selected survey findings when the report comes out (the full report is quite extensive and is sold as a product offering by the research company, so getting results for free is a great deal).
The survey is aimed at end users only. Vendors need not apply. Wainhouse is looking for international participation, so don’t be afraid to respond if you are located outside the United States.
I am looking forward to seeing the latest results, so I will offer my encouragement and thanks to you as well. Please take the survey if you can. That link once again is www.wainhouse.com/wcsurvey
