I had fun putting together the content for this one. It's nice to present a more focused topic than my usual best practices for webinars in general. I will be addressing the needs of organizations that deliver training for customers, association members, professional peer groups, and other audiences expecting high value and educational benefit.
Much of the content will appeal to webinar organizers and administrators, with tips on how to attract audiences and manage resources. But webinar presenters and content creators will also get tips on ways to work with attendees during a live session.
